Pros
I originally took the job mostly to get health insurance, but it has turned into the best paying job I've had so far.
Cons
-Location - I'm not willing to live anywhere near Kendallville, so my commute is longer than I would like. (No WFH/hybrid options at this location.) -Release process is needlessly complex and convoluted - I spend too much time doing mindless data entry to make the system happy, and not enough time doing interesting design work. -No consistent standards or process flow - we waste a lot of time reinventing the wheel.
