Pros
There are some amazing knowledgeable and supportive people working here. My own team was wonderful. Very good pay; salary and benefits package was excellent.
Cons
The top levels of management are all too busy bun fighting to keep their own jobs. There is not enough transparency about company restructuring or direction. Why bring in a vast team to oversee changes to reduce costs and pay them a small fortune in consultancy fees? Absolutely no thought at all. The general feel of the place went from really positive and supportive to toxic over the last 12 months. Safety is not their priority, saving money is. Most diversity and inclusion networks and work has been scrapped. Work/life balance has disappeared - remote working is frowned upon and is being eroded from existence.
