      Working for the school district has it's perks like benefit packages, school hours, and team playing.

      Cons

      However, there was little advancement unless you wanted to take the para-teacher route. Which I obtained a degree in Social Work so the glass ceiling wasn't providing for my long-term career endeavors or needs.
