We appreciate your contribution over the past two years and we are happy to read that you had a good experience with Hilti regarding work life balance, the quality of our range of products, and that you enjoyed working with our line managers. On the other hand, we are concerned about your perceptions of our company culture, career progression, product line logistics issues, and leadership approach.
Our people engagement & culture are at the forefront of our business strategy. We believe in transparent and honest communication for all of our employees through open and frequent conversations, processes alignment and feedback. This is the leadership team approach and we are pleased to share that through this approach we have had over 60 promotions and moves across Hilti Australia since January this year with sales outperforming across all business trades in all states. We are excited for what is yet to come!
Our compensation and rewards team ensures our salary package and reward initiatives are aligned with the market and is fair and transparent across the business.
As the world shifts and we are still faced with the impacts of COVID, our logistics and product teams work extremely hard to continue to improve and adapt to the current climate, providing the best solutions and working collaboratively with the sales teams to minimize possible loss in sales.
