A lot of investment put into you in terms of training & training days.
Cons
- Management always talk about having strong values but do the complete opposite of them. - Micro-management through the salesforce system. - Bonus changed from monthly to quarterly, seemed to be a cost cutting exercise. - Sales targets are ridiculously high now so bonus seems an unrealistic achievement. - Always talk about progressing you onto next role - however, when you feel ready and want to apply they talk you out of it. - If your face fits...you will get a job, regardless whether you are capable of doing it. - There is a lot of talk about 'Diversity & Inclusion', but most people in a high position are white, middle aged males.
