it is a perfect place for gossips. Alot of back biting and talks about the each other and very few people have the working capability. Managers are never to be seen especially if you are working as a consultant. Big communication gap between technical and management and most of the managers are assigned in wrong places. all and all managers are incompetent. it might be a greatplacetowork for sales & marketing but forget about the rest.
