      Pros

      The culture of team, helping and supporting each other is very strong at this company. The transparency of how we operate from the most senior level, there truly are no topics off limits... it's a breath of fresh air.

      Cons

      This company has very much a start-up feel, it can be difficult if you're unable to roll with the punches. This place is not for everyone, but those that have a drive, desire, and will to push themselves outside their comfort zone, there is truly unlimited potential here.

      I'm still getting a paycheck with benefits

      Cons

      The biggest con is the Executive Leadership team. They're generically incompetent and embody unoriginal stereotypes of out-of-touch leaders who enjoy swanning around from office to office, doing nothing of real value. They hold leadership townhalls and Q&A sessions, but avoid saying anything of real substance and only know how to deflect and talk around the issue. They're a boring copy & paste of any executive sitting in corporate America today.
