Pros
Flexible scheduling, great team building activities, they have lots of small perks like gift cards you can win. Safety is very important to them with weekly safety quizzes. Great management.
Cons
Lots of standing and heavy lifting. You have to be good with people. The building is very hot. Also it is a minimum wage job which isn't ideal, but that is standard for the industry.
