Pros
Started as a college intern and left as a Director (shows their commitment to employee development). The company has been ever changing with growth, new employees, and the Coke acquisition. But what has remained constant throughout my time was a strong positive mission, young vibrant culture, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The CEO and HR have also tried to make the work place a healthier and happier place to work by offering regular organic fruit delivered to the office, healthy snack packs, free health coaching, regular yoga/exercise classes, free bikes and of course free Honest Tea. They offered a flexible schedule to allow for better work life balance. It's no wonder they have won many "Best Place to Work" accolades. I would most certainly still be at Honest Tea if I didn't have to leave for personal reasons.
Cons
Not too much here. I think some people may have been undervalued compensation wise for their contributions to such a successful company. But when I left I believe compensation was at least on par or or better than the industry competition.
