      Hardwork can win corresponding award and get signicant promoted of income. Environment for show your capability is much better that other government-background enterprises.

      Cons

      Always work concentrated, not too much time for private life if intend to earn more. Sales people are very aggressive even in internal issues. Over-time work is very usual.
