Pros
A lot of opportunities for those who have little experience and are eager to learn, but not many opportunities exist for the experienced staff who are not Chinese as management roles and promotions are almost exclusively reserved for the Chinese staff
Cons
As it was mentioned in the pros, the key jobs go to the Chinese staff. The company, despite its international presence remains doggedly Chinese to the core and there are language and cultural barriers for the non-Chinese staff which hinders their career development within the company
