You get to work in a fast-paced culturally varied workplace, depending on how well you develop in the company, your contacts and interview process, salaries can vary greatly from competitive to poor but it is generally competitive. Cons
Given that it is based in China, knowledge is vastly protected. It is particularly hard to get access to technical documentation that is required to service, especially if you are still outsourced. There is no Career Plan at all, position titles are more of a tag and lack meaning; because of this it is not unusual for "raises" to be based on personal connections rather than skill and they are largely unaccompanied of a raise. Benefits are minimal and when you finally become an internal employee after a couple of years your salary will most likely decrease. Client satisfaction is put well above employee wellness.
