We need better communication between the NSC & Operations. We can't continue to manage the business from the Bottom up. Executive management needs to accept the negative things that are happening in the field and force them (Ops) to follow the rules that are set forth. There needs to be more gender and racial diversity on the Executive management team. There is 1 female Executive VP and 0 female SVP in Ops, the rest are all male. The CEO has worked at 1 place and that's at The Hudson Group. He needs a little more experience under his belt by working at other retailers to see how structure should work.
