None. The company is a dead end. Moving Headquarters to Texas has proved to be the deathknell of the Basel operation. They have reduced their footprint in the town again and again until it is now almost unsustainable.
Cons
They only survive by employing cross border workers who can manage on the salaries offered. There is no career progression at all, no future planning. Management jump from one crisis to another and as a result change strategy and organization on a yearly basis. The inside joke for current employees who find themselves in an unsatisfactory position is that they only have to wait until the next reorganization for it to be solved. Anyone considering joining should know that the location is very likely to close in the coming years.
