Pros
- Decent place to get your feet wet in the market, or for out of college students - majority of the non-manager employees are a joy to work with - scarce few managers and upper level employees are great mentors
Cons
- nepotism - lack of leadership and trust to do your job - micromanagement - to many upper level management shouldn’t even be in their position, let alone leading people - say one thing, management does another - culture is not important, you are just a number and you are treated less than by most upper management - no engagement in trying to further your career. - toxic work environment - absolutely no work life balance. Work is more important, your life comes second.
