      Pros

      Supportive and competent colleagues who try to make the best out of a difficult management environment.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and lack of ethical standards. Internal communication is weak, making collaboration and execution challenging. Deadlines are often unrealistic and set without considering employee workload. Project onboarding is either rushed or completely overlooked, leading to poorly executed projects and unnecessary stress for the teams involved.

      Great people to work with Helpful staff and management Wide territory with few restrictions No caps on commissions Entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged

      The current office space is a but small, and cold, but it is only a temporary location.

      Pros

      The people are nice but not transparent. Every division is losing a tremendous amount of revenuewith the exception of Hypertec cloud in Canada. We werent allowed to sell Hypertec cloud and AI infrastructure solutions in Tempe. No CRM tool and the commission plan is too vague and unclear to try and explain
