Decent part time job - Server Häagen-Dazs Employee Review

- Can get repetitive since this is a beginner job.

The pro is that you're not unemployed, yay.

Working here will make you wish you were unemployed. A lot of micro-managing, continuous exhausting labor, a long list of unnecessary rules, and the most irritating co-workers that will ruin your day the second you clock in. Management is toxic and awful to employees they dont FAVOR, constantly making up lies to scare them and cause drama, raising their voice at employees, always gossiping about employees with their co-workers, and blaming employees for their poor communication skills... the list can go on. They have been open for a few months, and many employees have quit. I can't even say it's worth it, considering that the pay is minimum wage. But if at the end of the day you need a job that badly, it's an ice cream shop. I'm sure there are worse jobs out there.
