Pros

Some of the employees are genuinely nice people

Cons

A quick google or legal search will show that the owners of ICS and their subsidiaries (Swiftships) are predatory womanizers and dishonest businessmen (search Mojica v. Swiftships, LLC et al, Taj Al Khairat v. Swiftships, Panzer v. Swiftships, Hassan v. Swiftships or read other reviews on this site to start). They will cheat, lie, and steal to get anything they want. They are undisciplined and emotionally immature, some days bordering on manic. They make offers of pay increases and bonuses that they never give. The CEO, VPs, and Directors have no real authority to do anything. It is just the blind leading the blind. They think they can get away with anything. But the party is ending. Employees are reporting the actions of the owners and executives to the proper authorities. The constant swearing and cursing needs to stop. Unscrupulous, ill-thought-out, fraudulent transactions need to stop! It will all catch up to them eventually.

ICS Nett Response

It is disappointing that this is your view of ICS Nett, Inc, as we work hard to ensure that our employees are fully engaged and happy. The legal cases that you reference in your complaint do not belong to either ICS or a current subsidiary of ICS. We find it dangerous to reference legal cases when leaving a review as employees are never privy to the particulars of a legal situation – that is handled by our company attorneys due to the sensitivity and nature of the issues. As you probably understand, sometimes legal issues turn out to be unfounded; however, the US legal system still allows a person and/or company to attempt to file the lawsuit. This post is especially concerning to us because you have listed yourself as a current employee, and to our knowledge, this issue has not been reported to the Human Resources Department. ICS management strongly encourages you to take this matter up with HR and report any instances of inappropriate behavior in the workplace as this is something that is not tolerated in our professional workplace. As to the issues of pay increases and bonuses, pay is a private transaction between an employee and their employer, which means employee pay increases and bonuses are not announced throughout the company. Therefore, this remains speculative since employees of the company do receive pay increases and receive bonuses based on performance. I strongly encourage you to speak with the HR department immediately so these allegations can be addressed, investigated and resolved.

Pros

You won't even know you work for this company.

Cons

I was involved in a sub prime contract this company had with a project for a major federal agency. Despite bragging about supporting blue chip organizations, there was no actual support in any form from the company itself for the people involved with the project or with their contractors on the ground. When dealing with the corporate resources contractors needed to rely on when traveling or even just giving updates. I always felt I was treated as being a bother and never felt supported by the company itself and that never felt good. Working here I always felt like they were just taking a portion of what I made through the contract and then giving me the rest. I have had the opportunity to work as a contractor in several other facilities with many different goals and this is the only company I have worked for that seems entirely uninvolved with progress or developments in the project itself. I would never recommend someone to work here unless there have been significant changes to how the company is ran.
