      Lot of opportunities there, good networking opportunities, lot of scholarships available, good support to student projects, good place to develop leadership skills

      Cons

      Domination in the peer group, the core team is chosen based on how well you know the person rather than verifying how qualifies he is, there is no proper communication between all members in the society
