      Pros

      Great place to work. The work you do here really makes a difference to the communities...very meaningful and making a difference. Super smart and dedicated co-workers who are a pleasure to work with. The company is very flexible, which is nice for work/life balance. I'm a re-hire...and there are several of us. Love working here!

      Cons

      Thinks move fast in disaster recovery and that can be stressful. You have to be the right type of person who can handle that environment. It is not for everyone. Communication/information can have its challenges at times, but there are strides to improve this. I have never worked anywhere where communication could not be better at times.

      Good salary, colleagues, IT team.

      Cons

      Bad "leaders", Poor Human Resource, Poor management, micromanagement at its finest, poor communication, no professional growth, unclear expectations, deadlines and goals, toxic environment, it seems promotions are for those with harassment cases, no recognition, no remote work and if they give one remote day, they take it off if there's a holiday on the week (makes no sense), you have to pay to go to work (you have to pay the parking).
