Pros
Most of the employees, managers, and shoppers are very kind. Most of the managers don't get bent out of shape if you're a few minutes late or if you spill or break something out of clumsiness. They appreciate a job well done, rather than only criticizing employees. The work is straightforward.
Cons
The pay was okay for the area, but not very good. I was told there was little chance to advance, because no management or other higher-level positions would be available anytime soon. They don't want employees discussing their wages, so they might be playing favorites.
