I worked at IGA part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Was a great work experience. Small town, full service grocery store.

    Cons

None really. It is a challenge to provide full service grocery and other conveniences in such a small store, efficiency is key.

I worked at IGA (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Jim's IGA was my first job and it was a great one to have. It's family owned and the building has been around for a really long time so it holds fond memories for a lot of people in the community. The hours were flexible and I really enjoyed the people I worked with.

    Cons

    There really aren't any cons.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

It's a very low hourly pay, but it's great for someone in high school or college. It's open most holidays unfortunately.
