      Train your staff to stick to standard operating procedures and you will be successful.

      Cons

      It requires a lot of work on a daily basis and the pay is not great. Use it as a stepping stone to get to better opportunities.

      A paycheck every 2 weeks

      Cons

      You never receive bonuses. Always forced to work the worst shifts while the GM and their favorite manager are always out of there by 4 pm. You will have no home/work life balance.
