Pros

The first impression of a company is typically the HR department, and IIR USA's recruiter Tiffany Rivera does an excellent job of conveying the best possible image on all fronts. Working with her was a very positive experience due to her responsiveness, consideration, diplomacy, intelligence, and open demeanor. I would highly recommend working with her whether you are a recruiter, job seeker, or hiring manager.

Cons

The process can take a bit longer than expected due to reorganization related changes.

Pros

Office closure between Christmas Eve and New Year's, summer Fridays, good experience for entry level positions, travel to other cities and countries, generous amount of PTO

Cons

Honestly, where to begin...the main issue is simply that this company does not value its employees. With the exodus of smart, talented people that has been going on lately, one would think someone would wake up and realize a change has to be made. However, it seems that upper management simply does not care about all the people they have lost as nothing has changed. Unattainable goals, unimpressive performance reviews and compensation structures along with minuscule room for growth make this a 2-3 year stop for many people before they move on to greener pastures. The sad part is that there are some really great people at IIR that make working there fun and enjoyable, but unfortunately the work environment is soured by terrible managers and coworkers who do not support their teams, do not value feedback unless it aligns with their agenda, and are seemingly only concerned with their own projects with no regard to what their colleagues may be working on.
