Working at IMAX gives me a sense of pride because of its strong brand and cutting-edge cinema technology. I enjoy collaborating with supportive colleagues and being part of exciting projects. The benefits and movie-related perks are nice, and overall, I find the work engaging and aligned with industry standards.

At IMAX, I sometimes feel frustrated by inconsistent leadership and limited opportunities for career growth. The pay can feel average compared to expectations.
