Pros
Great attention to details, product quality and deliveries, and full of extremely skilled people who work on very challenging projects
Cons
There is no real HR department, and the company structure in general is extremely unclear. It is managed by technical people who suddenly became manager, they do not really have a culture of how to manage people. Every decision or mission is hidden to the employees. Nobody knows anything about bonuses or salary raises until the moment they actually occur (if any), and when they do, employees have no space for complaining or speaking to managers. There is a continuous climate of terror in some teams, a continuous and unmotivated pressure on the employees, and lack of attention to the achieved results that makes people unmotivated. Some managers ask their employees to work until midnight if needed, without leaving the office until a task is achieved, but there is actually no benefit nor compensation for people who decide to work more. There is basically no benefit for the employees, except for (cheap) lunch tickets, the entry salaries are almost ridiculous, and it's very hard to raise them.
