We are delighted that you recognise IRIS’ #Passion for #Innovation (forming two of our IMPACT values) and appreciate the fast pace that provides exciting new opportunities and a variety of activities to get involved with. Employee feedback is very important to us, and we’re delighted to continue to use Peakon, a monthly employee engagement tool, since 2020. Since its launch, employees have shared over 50,000 anonymised comments with managers and senior leaders, who have posted over 42,000 interactions, responses, and follow-up questions. We look forward to seeing more fantastic ideas and suggestions that our leadership teams can act on to continue to make IRIS a great place to work.
