We're committed to being a Great Place to Work and we emphasise the importance of great managers as a key part of this. We use a regular employee feedback tool so that employees can share feedback and suggestions with their manager, HR and our leadership teams. In some bonus plans, we expect managers to achieve a baseline employee engagement score in order to receive a payout so that poor management is not rewarded. The vast majority of managers score much higher than this threshold, and those not performing receive dedicated coaching, training and support to genuinely improve the engagement of their teams. We wholeheartedly encourage you to leave honest and constructive feedback for your manager so that they can understand how they're doing and be the best manager they can be to their team.
