I applied for this role in August and after having an initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, I was escalated to an interview in early September. I really enjoyed the interview and it was clear how passionate the interviewers were. My understanding was that this would escalate into a 2-stage interview and this would be held at the end of September. I have constantly had to chase the Talent Acquisition Business Partner for feedback on the 1st interview and what would happen in terms of next steps. After 6 emails, I have had only 1 response to say that further feedback would need to be sought. It's such a shame as this sounded like a great company to work for, but leaving candidates in the dark about what the next steps are, or in fact having no communication at all, doesn't leave a good impression when it comes to the business.
