      Things move quickly, management is forward thinking, plenty of opportunities to advance if you work hard, great exposure to many aspects of a large business, excellent benefits, and amazing travel opportunities.

      Cons

      Wouldn't recommend for those looking to coast, or catch a free ride.

      Pros

      Great compensation and benefits. Work-life balance - this seems to depend a lot on which team you're in, mine happens to be fantastic. Collaborative environment. Very little to no micromanagement - Also seems to depend on the team.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like upper management has wrong expectations or misunderstanding of software development lifecycle and constraints. There are too many software development teams, this causes very high complexity and dependencies between them.
