Pros

Best in class on-boarding and training Strong leadership and management Well-structured internal processes Opportunities for skill growth Gender diverse Amazing service provided to customers Very profitable company

Cons

Poorly resourced - you will be working regular overtime Unfair compensation - promotion cycles are tenure based Low compensation relative to similar SaaS companies Inefficient allocation of work - no employee specialisation Low ceiling - high achievers will get as far as they can at ISN in under 2 years Yes-man company culture that borders on a cult Refusal to learn from or even acknowledge that competition exists Ineffective sales practices Low racial diversity, which becomes worse as you move up the layers of management No reinvestment in a dated software product Resistance to remote work Terrible pricing model that executive leadership refuses to change Job titles that are unrelated to your role

Pros

Great compensation and benefits. Work-life balance - this seems to depend a lot on which team you're in, mine happens to be fantastic. Collaborative environment. Very little to no micromanagement - Also seems to depend on the team.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like upper management has wrong expectations or misunderstanding of software development lifecycle and constraints. There are too many software development teams, this causes very high complexity and dependencies between them.
