      Micromanaged and expected to do more work than most other companies - but this isn't the end of the world considering you get paid more than 80% of other people at your level at other companies.

      Pros

      Great compensation and benefits. Work-life balance - this seems to depend a lot on which team you're in, mine happens to be fantastic. Collaborative environment. Very little to no micromanagement - Also seems to depend on the team.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like upper management has wrong expectations or misunderstanding of software development lifecycle and constraints. There are too many software development teams, this causes very high complexity and dependencies between them.
