10yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We know the company saw a lot of change this year and while change can be difficult, it sometimes is necessary. A large part of that change in 2015 was reorganization of our services department in order to provide an enhanced client experience as well as development opportunities for our employees. We are so excited to see that those changes have been a huge success on both fronts.
We are extremely excited about the development opportunities for our staff in 2016 but always want to hear from you. As you know, ISO Claims Partners has consistently encouraged employees to provide feedback on how we can continually make improvements to make our organization the best place to work. We genuinely want to have as much open, honest, and transparent dialogue as possible so we would love to hear from you on what other improvements we can make at the company. As an employee who has left the organization, I wish you had shared your concerns during your exit interview. We still would love to connect to better understand your feedback if possible.
