*Executive leadership does not address issues at hand, rather they brush things off or usually don't even respond at all. HR is unable and incapable to address issues/complaints with leadership since they are afraid to lose their jobs. Leadership provides no value or help to the employees - skating by on their titles as their work ethic is very poor, or down right bullish! They would rather force their opinions on the staff and expect them to follow - feedback is simply seen as complaining! The staff is simply trying to help as they are the ones down the work! * Sociopathic behaviours are very common among senior leaders and Car Sales mentality of selling *Very often that Sales managers would try to humiliate individuals and play favorites... *inappropriate jokes, offensive comments and human right violations are very common in weekly 1 on 1s and Sales huddles. Some talented individuals & top performers lost their jobs trying to voice it to Human Resources whom has questionable work ethic. * Some senior managers would reveal people's personal information such as Personal Salary, people's personal issues, divorces and etc to other employees privately * Office politics feels like high school.
