Toxic environment at Corporate- RUN!!! - Administrative ITT Employee Review

Toxic executive leadership starting with the current CEO Luca Savi. He speaks downs to his employees and was demanding that administrative employees (non essential) come into the White Plains office during the peak of COVID not caring of employees safety or the executive law put in place by Governor Cuomo. He accused employees of watching Netflix at home instead of working. Employees morale are down at the corporate office due to the CEO’s leadership.
