APAC leadership is worst. They give impossible targets and set you to fail. Measure Performance on their expectations and not on YoY growth while the top management gets up to 200% bonus by rigging their numbers. It's a hedge fund where finance team gets hefty bonuses by playing with numbers and rips the technical teams.
