CEO. CXO and VPs are lemmings and unable to think for themselves. If you’re not an ‘yes man’ to papa Luca, you will not survive. Single voice leadership. Luca only promotes those who 1000% go along with his narcissistic vision. If you try to think critically - you’re out. Live and die by the quarter results. Awful culture.
