Pros
Huge company, interesting projects, ability to reach and work in mega scale projects that require massive level of investments. Work life balance is unbelievably great.
Cons
Slow, proccesses are not agile, often dealing with employees with public servant mindset and not willing to contribute. Incredibly hierarchichal, hard to make career progress unless you have the right contacts and sponsors within.
