Pros

None really. This company will bleed you dry.

Cons

Overall, you are overworked and very much underpaid! With the talent this company acquires, you would think they would pay competitively to keep them. The turnover rate is very high. The only employees that stay are ones that are comfortable in their bubble and don't know their true worth. You give the company your blood, sweat, and tears for no recognition whatsoever. The top C-level executives only care about what goes into their pockets. They do not appreciate what the front line does at all. You will be micromanaged 100% too. There is also a huge problem with nepotism. Anyone who gets promoted or hired into a higher position is usually related to someone higher up in the company or at least sleeping with them. This company is seriously a joke and has no idea how to truly run a profitable business while maintaining great customer service. I would not recommend working here if you want any balance in life or want to be able to pay your bills. There is no room for advancement and the execs talk a big talk, but don't walk the walk.

Dear Reviewer, We understand that you are entitled to your opinion and we appreciate the feedback. In response we’d like to provide facts around issues that you’ve mentioned. We have a policy stating that relatives by blood, marriage or similar relations may not report to each other except where approved by the Executive Team, and we do not currently have any of these relationships. Further, less than 10% of our employees have any relation to one another. Employee referrals are encouraged and have helped form a great company. Our recent year-to-date voluntary turnover report came to only 2.5% of our total 385 employees across all locations and departments. We review annually our job and compensation profiles and match them to the prevailing market wage for each state that we operate in. We continue to review market data and make adjustments as necessary. Finally, the Executive team is readily accessible and transparent. Our CEO addresses the company quarterly and all Executives operate with an open door policy. Again we appreciate all of the feedback we receive from current and former employees. It helps us to continue to focus on being a great company to work for.

Good benefits. Some excellent managers and opportunities to learn

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming. A lot of people have left the company so the workload just increases for the ones who remain.
