I'm sorry to hear that you felt the management-centric culture overshadowed the concerns and well-being of frontline employees. At Imagine360 one of our core values is Better Together meaning we value every member of our team and strive to create an inclusive and supportive workplace. To ensure every employee's concerns were not only heard but also addressed transparently, we implemented an all-employee engagement survey conducted by a third party. With a 91% completion rate, we achieved significant employee participation. Furthermore, we consistently provide updates on the survey findings during our all-employee townhall meetings.
Additionally, we understand the importance of employee benefits and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our offerings, including an expansion of our Employee Assistance Program that provides confidential, professional assistance to address a wide range of personal and work-related challenges, including mental health or well-being concerns. In addition to a zero-cost employee health plan, this year alone we added a much more robust employee assistance program, expanded telemedicine offering, enhanced wellness programs. Along with numerous employee education session to ensure our employees are aware of how to take advantage of these benefits. Every year, we diligently assess our benefits package, constantly seeking fresh avenues to elevate and enrich our offerings.
Our company operates on a performance-based model, the bonus and merit for this year were determined by considering both the company's performance and the employee's annual performance review. Regarding compensation, we regularly benchmark our pay structure to ensure it remains competitive in the industry.
