Pros

- Good office space and other facilities. - Good for families (You can employee you spouse, brother, sisters etc. on other roles). - CEO & CTO are visionary. - Good for technical learning during your initial years. - Health focused CEO providing gym infra and all usually seen very less in market - People at utmost top like Sandeep, Vijaya, Sunil, Tarun are good.

Cons

- Pay is less as per handwork (Guys rated E vs S have pay difference of 20-25k max which someone will work hard when it's not reflecting in finances). It's okay if you are from city itself or working as couples then make a decent living in city. - All managers are almost non-technical and mostly confused in their own world. - Sometimes their value based culture gets toxic. Jeet explains something people perceive it differently and then everything gets left right. - Flexibility is missing and favoritism is taking place at lot of places in terms of WFH or leaves.

Pros

A lot of opportunities for young entry level engineers Unlimited RTO Great coworkers

Cons

There are only good opportunities for young engineers because there are very few sr engineers so they are forced to put young engineers in roles they are not prepared for. They don't want to pay sr engineers a salary that fits their resume leading to good sr engineers leaving or they put people in the sr engineer role that aren't qualified. The Sr Leadership in the US side are in an echo chamber. If another leader has differing opinions, then they are cut out of leadership and either put in a minimal role or are asked to leave the company. Sr leadership holds their influence tightly and if another leader with differing opinions gets too much influence, their role is significantly reduced. This has happened on multiple separate occasions at different levels of leadership The CEO had big promises that I was so hopeful for and believed so much in. But when push comes to shove, individuals are put on the back burner because of money and those promises are broken.
