Pros
Those still working for InFocus are great people, fun to work with, intelligent, and hard-working. The products are interesting and InFocus has a good name. The benefits package is really good and doesn't take too much out of the paycheck.
Cons
2016 was a year with several rounds of layoffs after a surge of acquisitions and hiring in 2015. It seems like the management don't know what they are doing, saying everything is great one month and then cutting a dozen people the next. There is no clear direction where we are going as a company and the salespeople don't seem to be able to bring any revenue. People are starting to job hunt because they know where this is going.
