Pros
I was hired for one role π― but required from day one to perform full Program Manager duties for a major healthcare client β managing 145 contingent workers across 31 clinics π₯ β without proper pay πΈ or title adjustment. Despite repeated requests, compensation never changed. Final pay was issued late β° and improperly, only corrected after multiple wires (with fees π°), in violation of California wage law. I was also required to complete unpaid compliance training before my start date π β another violation. β οΈ Compliance concerns: Clinical staff concerns of testing and compliance with annual trainings π. Even worse, I was asked to hide certain operational shortcomings from the client β a red flag for integrity and transparency.
Cons
π Management: Leadership lacks any professional MSP experience. Most have been with the company 10+ years π but with no outside perspective. There are no SOPs, no process maps, and the systems are outdated π₯οΈπ. The culture is reactive and disorganized β they couldnβt manage themselves out of a paper bag. π When I raised concerns, leadership ignored me π and then terminated my employment. My experience reflects a company that cuts corners βοΈ, fails to support employees, and exposes clients to liability βοΈ.
