Our leaders play an important part in maintaining a supportive and professional workplace. To support this, our leaders receive ongoing training in areas such as performance management, interviewing, and team development. We also encourage team members to share their perspectives through several feedback channels including confidential surveys, the Employee Suggestion Program, and direct outreach to HR, allowing us to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
Regarding compensation and opportunities for growth, we review position compensation bands annually and administer increases related to performance. We also offer various benefits such as Profit Sharing, a 401(k) with company match, free life insurance, and additional time off for volunteering, parental leave and a floating holiday, to create a total compensation package. In addition to any internal opportunities that may arise, we offer several programs designed to help team members grow their skills and advance their careers including continued education opportunities, career coaching, mentorship initiatives, and reimbursement for courses and certifications.
