      Pros

      If you work in a very busy store then commission is good.

      Cons

      Poor communication and management. Some people tend to get positions that don't actually know how to do the job or basic things they are responsible for. Junior staff cover higher position for no extra pay. No set hours on rotas.

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
