      - Unlimited PTO - Thursday Happy Hours

      Cons

      - Non-competitive pay, Glassdoor salary estimates are very inflated - Salary increases and bonuses are jokes - Very little ethnic diversity, this is a very white company. Recruitment team is now pushing to hire more People of Color, I think it’s too late. If you apply during this period, don't expect them to get back to you if you are not POC even though you are qualified. - Free breakfast and snacks are not good, they only provide very little food. They don’t even taste good. - Very flat-structured, no career growth here. - It's not true that there are a lot of smart people here, most of them just smooth-talked their way here. They don't know what they are doing, especially operations team.

      Pros

      Honestly I really enjoyed my experience at this company. So much so that I have applied multiple times to return and work for them but they continue to send the automatic replies of "We went with another candidate" which does make me sad because I have all 5+ stars from all my former members about how they really enjoyed me running their location. I wish I wouldn't have left when I did but I had to due to personal reasons. Benefits are incredible, the Member Experience Manager position is really a great position and they pay very well (in my opinion). Honestly no complaints.

      Only that I left at the time that I did and I wish I was still working for them. I got to meet both Jamie and Justin and honestly I can say they are probably the best CEO's I've ever worked for.
