Your measly salary gets credited on time on the last day of every month. Apart from that there are no pros.
Cons
Do not ever join this company, it is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and horrible experience from start till end. -> Healthcare BU is a joke honestly and no one knows what is happening. There is a complete disconnect between senior management, middle managers and employees. ->The management keeps replicating other company's policies as their own and they keep changing it every 2 months (for reasons unknown). -> When your entire team is in one location and you are in a completely another location they do not provide you with relocation. -> HRs do not respond to employee concerns and queries and are always busy 24x7/365. If you are resigning, be prepared as they will not let you leave easily and won't provide you with the relevant relieving documents. You have to sit and send a mail to each department and keep reminding them every now and then that you have submitted everything for clearance. If you try to reach out to your manager or HR they won't respond in teams or pick up your calls. -> Majority roles offered are purely support roles with no career growth and skill development. You mostly sit idle and while away your time (I have seen people sleep, watch TV Series/ Movies & play games). Managers have no sympathy with regards to well-being of employees. No proper KTs will be provided and you are expected to work without knowing anything about the system or environment. -> Freshers are provided with training in DotNet and they ask you to complete assignments and projects and managers tend to bully them if they score low in any area. The most pitiful part about this is whether you do good or bad it does not matter at all as in the end all of them are put into a project (all of the client projects are a JOKE and support roles). 99% of the cases you never do any coding. -> Forget about taking a leave as it is a big joke with regards to leave policies. -> No one knows any tech/Programming languages and act as if they are a bigshot and a know-it-all. All of the clients use outdated tech stacks and applications. There is no innovation or breakthrough or industry revolutionizing solutions being prepared, they are all fancy marketing strategies on their website and LinkedIn pages. Don't believe a single word / sentence. -> Vizag office is situated on top of a hill in the outskirts of a city with no proper facilities except a transport bus to and from the office. The entire office is filled with gullible freshers right out of college with big dreams only to realize that they would rather be unemployed than work here. -> Employees must open their bag and show their laptop, pass and ID every single day to the security personnel. -> Salary is absolutely pathetic as what they offer as CTC and what you get in-hand are completely different numbers and not even close to the real mark. They cut left, right and center. Bonuses are a joke. -> The management keeps throwing in you random new projects and shifts(day/night) without prior intimation and if you get a night-shift, you have to pay for cab facilities to commute to office. Good luck in asking for Work from Home requests as it has to go all the way from your RM to the Senior VP for getting it approved even if it is a genuine request. -> No team outing/ engagement activities as all are restricted only to the Bangalore office (HQ). -> Managers tend to cross boundaries with no respect of what is professional and personal and get too nosy especially with well-beings of female employees. Have heard shocking stories from fellow colleagues on how utterly disgusting a few managers tend to be. -> All the 5 star ratings you see across AmbitionBox, Glassdoor and other sites are HRs promoting the company, do not fall prey to these.
