-Easy to get the position of said job title even if you have minimum level of experience in IT -For starter may consider this position (Point 1)
Cons
-Contract based for starters. -No bonus (AWS, VB) -No annual increment -The benefit are quite meh for freshers (unsure about the executive and above level). -Hard to convert to perm FT. -Pressuring you to invite people to join the company. -For Point 1, if there is another better job opportunity, go and take.
