Pros

They pay for two weeks of training.

Cons

Promises made prior to getting hired are not kept. Company states after training you will shadow a senior level security engineer but that's not necessarily true. The company also doesn't inform you about the interviewing process for each job after training. They also require you to commit for a year so they can make their money but will let you go if they don't make a profit off of you in six months.

In 2015 Infinite started a training program that allows Security Engineers to train on specific client needs with the intention of being deployed at the end of the training. Currently this program has shown high success rates and exponential growth, with an average of 90% of the consultants being placed on client site within 12 weeks. The following criteria for the program is communicated and documented to employees prior to on boarding: 1. Individual must have a strong networking background and pass a rigorous screening process. 2. Individual must be able to attend and dedicate themselves for a 6-week training program, including both in classroom and onsite. 3. Infinite will pay all wages, travel, and training fees for the first 6 weeks, and thereafter. Consultants are not billable until assigned to a client. 4. Individual must be able to pass relevant Certifications within the first 90 days. 5. Individual must be able to interview and be placed on a client site at the end of the 6-week training program. 6. Individual must have flexibility to relocate at the end of training. 7. Individual must commit to be an employee of Infinite for a minimum of 12 months, and complete the contract assigned prior to leaving. In this situation the reviewer clearly states that he/she was on payroll for over 6 months (please remember the training program was only 6 weeks). For a period of time following the training of the individual, he/she would have had multiple client interviews, shadowing opportunities, remediation training, and coaching. Throughout the process Infinite was clear on communications with the consultant, all documented, letting he/she know all expectations that are set, what to expect, that if we were unable to place he/she on a project the outcome would be a lay off. In every situation, Infinite always exhausts all efforts to get consultants placed before we lay anyone off.
