Pros

Great technology, passionate people, market leading solutions. With a great customer base and new enhancements every 6 months there's never a problem reaching out to end users to talk about something new

Cons

Significant change in sales management and product management over the last 2 years, still not stabilised. Field staff outside the head office often forgotten for updates and all-hands meetings, promise of senior management visits often don't eventuate or are rescheduled at the last minute which negatively impacts customers

Pros

- Culture: they have lots of fun events, and also focus on giveback events which is really nice to see - Focus on growth: my manager seems open to giving me opportunities to learn and develop. - People: everyone is so nice and helpful, if you ever have any questions people are ready to answer or point you in the right direction - Hybrid: appreciate that my position is hybrid (2 days onsite) so gives me flexibility!

Cons

I haven't come across too many drawbacks, it is a global company so dealing with the time change when working through a problem can make the resolution longer.

Great work culture, great benefits (health, dental, vision) as well as great in-office benefits (swag, events, office activities).

Cons

Lack of transparency, poor CW conversion transitions.
